Mesalvo goes Global

In recent weeks, Mesalvo has increasingly focused on global growth. In May and June, Mesalvo was represented at two international health IT events – Vitalis in Sweden and APHM in Kuala Lumpur.
Freiburg, January 30, 2025 – Mesalvo looks back on a successful year in 2024. The software company celebrated, among other things, the successful launch of its technology platform “Mesalvo HealthCentre.”
On February 20, 2025, the first Mesalvo user meeting of the year was held remotely. The aim of this new format is to promote direct exchange with our users, better understand their requirements, and align the further development of our solutions even more precisely with their needs.
From November 27 to 28, 2024, the first Mesalvo FUTURE HEALTH Summit took place – marking the start of an annually recurring, cross-product user meeting designed to connect customers even more closely with Mesalvo’s solutions and vision.

Since SAP announced the discontinuation of its healthcare industry solution IS-H, and with it i.s.h.med becoming technically obsolete in the future, hospitals are once again facing a challenge: by 2027 – but at the latest by 2030 – they must find and implement a suitable successor solution that is both practical and future-proof.

As every year in April, the entire Health IT industry gathers in Berlin for DMEA, Europe’s leading event for healthcare digitalization, from April 9 to 11. Mesalvo is on-site as exhibitor and silver partner in Hall 1.2, Booth A-104, and presents to the professional audience – for the first time – its new overall portfolio strategy “Mesalvo HealthCentre” under the motto “Empower Excellence in Health and Care.”
The companies Mesalvo and Medanets have joined forces to revolutionize everyday nursing and further advance digitalization in hospitals through Mesalvo’s intelligent solution for clinical documentation and patient management, and Medanets’ app for healthcare professionals.
Hospitals have until 2030 to replace their expiring SAP software – a deadline made even more pressing by new regulations, the need for more efficient processes, and financial challenges.
As part of a customer satisfaction survey, over 8,500 customers of Mesalvo Mannheim GmbH were evaluated from January to October 2023 across four Mesalvo product lines – RadCentre, LabCentre, BusinessCentre, and ClinicCentre. The results clearly show: We know what matters in everyday clinical operations.
At the InnKlinikum Altötting and Mühldorf, the laboratory information system (LIS) LabCentre has been managing laboratory operations as a central IT solution across four clinic locations since 2000. The goal was a fully digital mapping of the laboratory workflow and the replacement of manually maintained ward blood books with digital blood product management within the LIS. The clinic operates LabCentre with modules for clinical chemistry, blood bank, and billing, used by staff from laboratory, nursing, and IT departments at four locations.
