The user meeting offered participants the opportunity to gain insight into current Mesalvo developments, learn about product planning for the upcoming quarter, and actively provide feedback. With over 130 participants joining live, the strong interest in current and future Mesalvo developments was clearly demonstrated.
This initiated a customer dialogue to align future roadmap priorities even more closely with the actual needs of users – with the goal of implementing precisely those features in upcoming releases that offer the greatest added value for Mesalvo customers.
Driving Innovation Together: HealthCentre as a Technology Platform
The day began with an in-depth look into Mesalvo’s strategic direction through the central technology platform Mesalvo HealthCentre. Dr. Martin Hoffmann, Head of Product Management KIS/KAS Mesalvo, presented the current progress and future course – particularly through the introduction of the new portfolio architecture with HealthCentre Cortex as a core component for web- and cloud-based solutions. These data-centered approaches form the foundation for upcoming developments and laid the groundwork for the subsequent professional discussions and collaborative shaping of the product roadmaps.
From Clinical Documentation to Radiology – Focus on Customer Interests
As the day progressed, the entire Mesalvo portfolio came into focus – and with it, the topics that are central to users in their daily hospital work. In advance, participants could register for their personal focus topics, enabling a targeted exchange of content. Particular interest was shown in the agenda item “General Clinical Documentation – including Chart and Discharge Letter,” for which over 100 participants registered beforehand. This was followed by practical insights into the areas of medication including oncology, intensive care, regulatory requirements, administrative processes, emergency department, laboratory, and radiology. The large number of participants highlighted how important it is to further develop solutions in close cooperation with customers.

Customers as Co-Creators – Greater Influence on the Product Roadmap
Mesalvo intends to further develop this format in the future in order to better inform customers about ongoing developments and create a platform for more intensive exchange. Plans include smaller workshop groups in which specific requirements can be discussed more precisely. In this way, the collaborative shaping of the product roadmap will be strengthened over the long term.
Open Customer Dialogue in All Product Areas – Shaping the Future Together
In addition to insights into planned developments for the upcoming quarter, participants also received information on long-term developments. While the next remote user meetings are already being planned, the Mesalvo FUTURE HEALTH Summit 2025 will further strengthen networking as an in-person event.
Mesalvo is expanding open dialogue with its customers across all product areas. In the future, direct exchange across all solutions will be intensified in order to jointly shape practical innovations. Because ongoing dialogue with those who work with Mesalvo’s solutions every day remains the key to forward-looking development.
