Mesalvo gains Marienhospital Gelsenkirchen as a new customer for the clinical workplace system Meona, with a focus on drug therapy safety (AMTS) and unit dose.

As one of the first pilot customers, Marienhospital Stuttgart has now also implemented the LabCentre Practice Portal, with the goal of increasing referrer satisfaction and strengthening referrer retention.

Mesalvo expands its executive team and welcomes Dr. Tino Großmann to the company as of July 1, 2023. As a member of the management team and new Chief Operating Officer (COO), he is responsible for the implementation and support business units.

Mesalvo opens another European location in the Spanish high-tech hub Barcelona, alongside Turnhout in Belgium. Joel Martinez will assume the role of Managing Director of the Spanish subsidiary Mesalvo Medical Software, S.L.U.

• DMEA, Europe’s leading event for digital healthcare, opens its doors from April 25–27 at the Berlin exhibition grounds. • This year, Mesalvo will be present at the exhibition twice – with a 120 m² exhibition area and as part of “DMEA sparks” – the new contact point for all career seekers. • As a silver partner, Mesalvo will present its optimized existing solutions as well as product highlights, such as the expansion of the HIS ClinicCentre with integrated Meona Medication and Meona Curve, to the professional audience.

From Tuesday, February 28 to Thursday, March 2, 2023, the virtual seminar series “Healthcare IT – Concrete!” took place for the first time. Nearly 170 external registrations show: this exclusive customer event was a great success! Over three virtual trade fair days, the Mesalvo team presented its broad product portfolio in more than 30 presentations, showcasing solutions like E.care, LabCentre, RadCentre, BusinessCentre, and Zenzy & Ataxe.

SAP makes a strategic decision to phase out its patient management system IS-H by the end of the decade. Hospitals and clinics must start evaluating successor solutions and suitable alternatives. i-SOLUTIONS Health, DATAPEC, Meona, and E.care merged under the Mesalvo Group umbrella in summer 2021. After the successful merger of i-SOLUTIONS Health GmbH and Meona GmbH under the new brand umbrella Mesalvo, Dr. Wolrad Rube passes the baton to a joint Mesalvo management team. The now 71-year-old Rube will, however, remain closely connected to the new Mesalvo as a shareholder.

Following antitrust approval by the Federal Cartel Office, it is now official: the merger of i-SOLUTIONS Health and Meona has been completed. The product portfolio of i-SOLUTIONS Health is being expanded with stand-alone solutions: medication, clinical chart, clinical workplace systems (KAS), patient data management systems (PDMS), emergency department (ED), and video consultation—covering nearly all Hospital Future Act (KHZG) funding criteria. The two companies operate under the shared umbrella company Mesalvo, which includes the management team and organizational development.

Mannheim, June 23, 2021 – i-SOLUTIONS is a long-standing provider in the healthcare IT market offering highly reliable solutions in patient management and billing for hospitals, laboratories, and radiology practices. Trill Impact has acquired a majority stake in i-SOLUTIONS from a German family office and a regional radiology chain. The purchase price remains confidential.
