At the end of May, Mesalvo participated as an exhibitor at Vitalis in Gothenburg, Sweden – the largest eHealth event in Scandinavia with over 6,500 participants and 200 exhibitors. This was followed in mid-June by the APHM International Healthcare Conference & Exhibition 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, an event that brought together industry leaders, decision-makers, and healthcare professionals under the motto “Managing Healthcare Costs and the Promise of Healthcare Financing.”
Both events offered the ideal platform to showcase Mesalvo's solutions for the digital transformation of clinical processes and to promote direct dialogue with decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
On site at both events were William Oliver, Chief Customer Officer; Björn Maucher, Vice President Sales & Marketing International Business Development; and Chandralatha Murugan, Executive Director International Business Development.
Vitalis – Focus on Patient Safety
A first: From May 19 to 22, the team presented innovative solutions around Closed-Loop Medication Management, clinical documentation, and improved patient safety.
A highlight: Together with Mesalvo's partner Medanets, the team demonstrated live how Mesalvo is taking mobile medication to the next level – with bedside documentation for greater safety and noticeable relief in everyday clinical practice.
“We are proud to present a clinically relevant electronic patient record that supports real workflows. The great interest shows: the time is ripe for technologies that truly improve patient care – not just documentation,” summarizes Chief Customer Officer William Oliver.

The Nordic market offers enormous potential for Mesalvo. Vice President Sales & Marketing Bjoern Maucher confirms: “A top-class event with real added value. Our team demonstrated that our solutions can provide a real answer to the challenges faced by Scandinavian clinics and hospitals.”

APHM – Southeast Asia is ready for Mesalvo HealthCentre
It also became clear in Malaysia how strong the demand is for connected, intuitive clinical solutions. Even before the APHM (The Association of Private Hospitals Malaysia), which took place from June 9 to 11, the team held talks with senior representatives of several hospitals. A special moment: the feedback from a medical director who marveled during a presentation, saying, “Everything is here – on one screen. At a glance.”
Our sponsorship of the official APHM 2025 Networking Dinner at the Grand Hyatt on June 10 also enabled in-depth discussions with IT directors around DRG, billing systems, and clinical documentation.
Chief Customer Officer William Oliver looks back on the event with satisfaction: “We are convinced that Malaysia has the opportunity to leave outdated systems behind through intelligent and cost-efficient clinical technologies. We are proud to be part of this dialogue and look forward to supporting the country’s private hospitals in enabling safe, efficient, and data-driven care.”
The desire for change and simple solutions that meet the needs of the Malaysian healthcare system became very clear in the discussions.
Executive Director International Business Development Chandralatha Murugan adds: “We see enormous potential for modern, user-friendly clinical systems in Southeast Asia. The conversations at APHM confirmed: Our solution can enable real transformation – fast, effective, and aligned with the requirements of the hospitals.”
Mesalvo also convinces on a global scale. A software developed by clinicians for clinicians – with the goal of promoting excellence in healthcare and sustainably improving clinical workflows.
Outlook
We look to the future with optimism: In the Southeast Asian region, Mesalvo will continue to deepen the partnerships it has started. At the same time, Mesalvo is ready to once again be represented at this year’s EHiN, Norway’s largest eHealth fair, and to make a strong contribution to the digitalization of the Scandinavian healthcare sector.
The direction is clear – Mesalvo continues its mission to make hospitals worldwide more efficient and safer, and is ready for further global growth.
