2025 was a year of significant operational delivery and customer expansion: 

• 12 hospitals went live with HealthCentre Admin & Billing and clinical solutions from the HealthCentre portfolio 
• Approximately 80 go-lives were successfully completed during the year 
• Mesalvo secured 48 major projects, reflecting strong confidence in its platform strategy
• The Mesalvo Hospital EMR platform is now installed in approximately 150 hospitals across Germany 

Among the most significant project wins was the selection by Helse Vest IKT in Norway, one of the country’s largest public hospitals with approximately 8,000 beds. The project underscores growing international demand for scalable, future-ready hospital IT platforms capable of orchestrating complex environments.
