At DMEA, Mesalvo brings the Flow approach to life through five central themes. At the center is HealthCentre as an integrated platform for continuous clinical and administrative processes. Building on this, Mesalvo demonstrates how clinical excellence can be supported through digital patient care, for example through closed-loop medication and a seamless patient journey. This is complemented by AI-based solutions that support clinical decisions as intelligent assistance systems and automate routine tasks.
Another focus is secure IT modernization, including the structured replacement of SAP IS-H and i.s.h.med, as well as the development of future-proof architectures. At the same time, centralized data management with Cortex creates a unified data foundation as a “single source of truth,” which can be flexibly used in cloud or on-premises environments.
Experiencing AI and innovation live: a look into the future
A special focus is on artificial intelligence as a future driver in everyday clinical practice. At DMEA, Mesalvo provides insights into current and future developments and shows how AI can help relieve medical staff. For example, Mesalvo is working on “Alpine AI Ambient Listening,” a solution that automatically converts doctor-patient conversations into structured documentation.
In addition, Mesalvo demonstrates how AI-supported decision support can work in clinical practice. The focus is on intelligent systems that analyze patient data in real time and derive context-based, prioritized recommendations for action. The goal is to specifically support medical staff, increase the relevance of information, and sustainably improve patient safety.

The new approach is also reflected spatially. At a two-story exhibition stand, Mesalvo presents itself with a modern, clearly evolved brand presence. The new branding directly supports the guiding principle “Everything in Flow” and makes the connection between technology, processes, and user experience tangible.
Strong presence in the DMEA program
Mesalvo is also actively represented in the conference program, with four presentations in the Solutions Hub and seven guided tours on topics such as interoperability, cloud, artificial intelligence, digitalization in nursing, and data usage.
