i-SOLUTIONS Health, DATAPEC, Meona, and E.care merged under the Mesalvo Group umbrella in summer 2021. As of July 2022, the affiliation with Mesalvo will be reflected in the company names of the software experts. The unified Mesalvo branding is intended as a visible and trust-building signal for customers and partners, emphasizing a strong, cohesive brand identity under the Mesalvo umbrella.

i-SOLUTIONS Health, Meona, DATAPEC, and E.care appeared together for the first time as Mesalvo at the two most important healthcare industry trade fairs in spring 2022. Mesalvo impressed at DMEA and the German Radiology Congress as a healthcare IT expert, presenting a broad portfolio of expert solutions to the professional audience. With a new booth concept, exciting product highlights, and new developments, the software expert attracted existing customers, partners, and interested parties to Berlin and Wiesbaden.

After the successful merger of i-SOLUTIONS Health GmbH and Meona GmbH under the new brand umbrella Mesalvo, Dr. Wolrad Rube passes the baton to a joint Mesalvo management team. The now 71-year-old Rube will, however, remain closely connected to the new Mesalvo as a shareholder.

Following antitrust approval by the Federal Cartel Office, it is now official: the merger of i-SOLUTIONS Health and Meona has been completed. The product portfolio of i-SOLUTIONS Health is being expanded with stand-alone solutions: medication, clinical chart, clinical workplace systems (KAS), patient data management systems (PDMS), emergency department (ED), and video consultation—covering nearly all Hospital Future Act (KHZG) funding criteria. The two companies operate under the shared umbrella company Mesalvo, which includes the management team and organizational development.

Mannheim, June 23, 2021 – i-SOLUTIONS is a long-standing provider in the healthcare IT market offering highly reliable solutions in patient management and billing for hospitals, laboratories, and radiology practices. Trill Impact has acquired a majority stake in i-SOLUTIONS from a German family office and a regional radiology chain. The purchase price remains confidential. The transaction is subject to antitrust approval by the Federal Cartel Office.
