At booth 44 in Hall North, Mesalvo presents its RIS for radiological excellence: MC³ Radiology | RadCentre. The RIS solution is part of the holistic healthcare platform Mesalvo HealthCentre. With HealthCentre, Mesalvo offers tailored solution packages for all medical specialties along the entire patient journey – from outpatient care, patient management, nursing and intensive care, medication and oncology, through radiology, laboratory, neonatology, surgery, anesthesia and emergency medicine, to billing and finance.

The Radiology Information System is already today the central hub in radiology, where all medically relevant data for radiological examinations (such as lab and image data, clinical details, and anamnesis information) converge. With the connection of a Clinical Data Repository (CDR) to the RIS, a larger medical data pool is created, which, for example, can be used to feed AI algorithms. In turn, more details from radiology can be made available in a CDR than would be possible via standard findings communication. In this way, medical institutions can learn from every radiological case, summarize information, and make it available in advance.
Efficient patient management becomes child’s play with the new innovative web-based CallCentre. With CallCentre, Mesalvo offers for the first time a cloud-based web solution in combination with the radiology solution. With the new CallCentre workstation, registration staff can manage appointments for patients intelligently and quickly via phone – from anywhere, and even independently of RadCentre.
In addition to web-based appointment and patient management, the Mesalvo exhibition team also presents the integration of AI into reporting (image diagnostics), AI-based reporting support based on Natural Language Processing (NLP), as well as flexible integrations of different speech solutions, modern health communication with portal solutions, pooled reporting, and teleradiology.
As part of the new industry tour, Mesalvo is participating in the congress program and will present a live lecture on the main topic "Artificial Intelligence – AI" at its booth 44 in Hall North on May 9 at 2:50 p.m.
