Holger Cordes has many years of national and international experience in the field of information and communication technology in healthcare, particularly in the areas of transformation, strategic positioning, and business development. Before joining Mesalvo, he was Managing Partner at Neoqua GmbH for over three years, specializing in market entry strategies, software development, and investment acquisition in the health technology sector.
As CEO of Ascom Holding AG, he successfully repositioned the company’s products and solutions, modernized business processes, and restructured sales, significantly increasing the brand’s presence in just three years. His long career at Cerner Corporation further enriched his portfolio with diverse responsibilities, including the role of Chief Operations Officer for Cerner Europe. His strategic insights, practical experience, and deep understanding of the healthcare technology landscape make him exceptionally well-suited to lead Mesalvo into its next phase of growth and innovation.
