General Terms and Conditions (AGB) / Conditions of Participation for the Mesalvo Future Health Summit 2025
1. Scope
These conditions of participation apply to participation in the Mesalvo Future Health Summit 2025, organized by Mesalvo GmbH, on November 26 and 27, 2025. By registering, the participant or the registering organization accepts these conditions.
2. Registration and Conclusion of Contract
Registration takes place via the provided registration page. It is binding and constitutes a paid order. Registration is deemed binding upon submission of the registration form and will be confirmed by an automatic confirmation email.
Billing will be carried out exclusively by invoice after the event. Payment by credit card or PayPal is not possible.
3. Participation Fee and Scope of Services
Participant Category – Price
Regular Price: €199 per person
Early Bird Price (until October 7): €99 per person
The participation fee includes:
• Participation on both event days
• On-site catering during the day
• Participation in the evening event on 26.11.2025
Note: If participants do not attend the evening event, there is no entitlement to a price reduction unless this has been agreed upon in writing in advance.
4. Invoicing & Payment Terms
Invoicing will take place after the event starting from 28.11.2025, based on the actual participant data (cross-check with registration list, cancellations, attendance). Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice without deduction.
The invoice will be issued to the organization specified during registration. For correct invoicing, the following data are required:
• Name and address of the institution
• Billing address
• Participant data (salutation, title, first name, last name, function/department, institution)
5. Cancellation and Withdrawal
• Free cancellation is possible until the registration deadline on [11.11.2025, 14 days before the event].
• After this date, cancellation is excluded.
• In the event of non-attendance despite registration or late cancellation, the full participation fee will be charged.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Receipt of the cancellation confirmation serves as proof.
6. Changes and Cancellation of the Event
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event for important reasons (e.g., force majeure, illness of speakers, pandemic-related restrictions). In such cases, no participation fees will be charged, and already issued invoices will be canceled. Further claims are excluded.
Changes in the program schedule or speakers do not entitle participants to cancel.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
Participation is at the participant’s own risk. The organizer is not liable for the loss or damage of personal belongings unless the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
8. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the privacy policy of Mesalvo GmbH. For the event, the necessary data will be processed for organizational purposes and invoicing. Further information can be found in the privacy policy.
9. Hotel Costs
Hotel costs are not included in the participation fee. Participants are responsible for booking their accommodation and settling costs directly with the hotel. Mesalvo assumes no liability for hotel bookings or payment of hotel costs.
9. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction is Munich, provided this is legally permissible.
