You shouldn’t miss this event if:
You are already using our Anesthesia Information Management System
and would like to know how ANDOK 3 has evolved.

All the latest updates from ANDOK 3 at a glance:
- Flexible documentation
Mobile form sets, individually adaptable to customer-specific workflows, allow comfortable documentation of:
- Pre-medication – at a clinical workstation or directly at the patient’s bedside, with patient data import from the HIS and laboratory system, or from previous pre-medication of the same patient.
- Anesthesia documentation – in real-time, seamlessly and directly in the OR, or retrospectively after the surgery.
- Pain ward round documentation – using form sets for initial entry and ward rounds, including photo documentation of wound treatment.
- In-hospital emergencies – with standard or individual forms, documentation of in-hospital emergencies at any location within the hospital.
- Consultations – convenient documentation of consultations using an initial protocol and any number of ward round protocols.
- Usability and completeness
The protocol overview provides a quick insight and preview of important data.
Intelligent sub-dialogs optimized for touch operation, predefined text blocks, and custom selection lists simplify data entry.
Visible mandatory fields and plausibility checks ensure completeness in accordance with DGAI 3. A to-do list shows missing data. The evaluation module allows analysis and export for service billing and benchmarking, e.g., DGAI export.
- Communication
ANDOK is the solution for intelligent and simple documentation on a tablet—available everywhere, whether connected to the network or not, with later synchronization capability.
ANDOK can exchange data with common HIS and laboratory systems via HL7 communication servers (and make these available in all form sets or transmit them to receiving systems).
