The barcode scanning feature of HealthCentre | Surgery enables efficient and error-free recording of implants in the OR. Barcode capture is performed via keyboard emulation, which requires prior key mapping. Supported code types include GS1 and HIBC.

Barcode capture optimizes the documentation and management of implants without requiring additional modules. A prerequisite for using the module is an existing material master in HealthCentre | Admin & Billing.
