OR Wall Calendar & Progress Display
The MC³ Surgery OR Wall Calendar – your helping hand in OR management. Accessible from any screen in the hospital, you always have the entire surgical plan of your hospital in view – including on the ward. Thanks to the clear presentation in calendar format, the current status of operations is easy to read. A progress bar and color coding show the operation’s progress. If a procedure exceeds the planned duration, the calendar displays possible new start times for subsequent procedures. This makes scheduling conflicts immediately visible and allows countermeasures such as rescheduling to be taken promptly. All status information for an operation can also be viewed on the ward. Early or delayed patient transports to and from the OR can thus be avoided.
OR Excel Export & Analysis
Comprehensive actual-state analysis is essential for efficient personnel and resource management. This helps identify and implement savings and process improvements. With the MC³ Surgery OR Excel Export module, over 200 data points per operation can be exported to Excel, aggregated as needed, and visualized in charts. This allows you to immediately identify areas for optimization in the OR. When both MC³ Surgery modules (OR Wall Calendar and OR Excel Export) are used together, average operation times can also be evaluated at time slice level. These are then used to optimize OR durations.
